Food Storage Analyzer
I have always wondered how am I supposed to keep up with my food storage and know how much I need and what I need. I have been seeing this Food Storage Analyzer on Emergency Essentials and decided to try it. You just type in how many people you save for and their ages and it gives you the caloric intake for each person and the total for all family members. then you type in how many superpails or #10 cans you have (there is also a place to input what you plan to buy) and it will give you the total number of calories for all the food storage items as well as how many days your storage will last you. They list nutrition facts and basic vitamin and mineral contents of all the food items combined as well as weight contents. The Food Storage Analyzer is very easy to use and very thorough I will definitely continue to use it.

WE LOVE YOU ZIB!
Tuesday, January 27, 2009
Haines City is the place I loved living the most (other than our home in TN we purchased in '07). I miss driving around H.C. and Lake Wales trying to find who had the best Mint Choco Chip ice cream and waiting for Ben on the weekends at LWMC. After which we would head to Perkins or IHOP for big C.F. Steaks! The week was our weekend we loved spending it at the AllStar Grill their food was great and they only had 4,000 tvs and every football game going. I spent the real weekend doing a lot of reflecting and finding myself learning to become an adult, I wanted to catch up to my fossilized husband; I will always be young when you compare us both ;). Seriously though he makes a great fossil and when he wasn't beat from work we were walking or working out. In some ways I am sad those days are gone and are now focusing on much more serious matters, yet still glad that I have those things engraven in me. I don't know if it's nostalgia having been our first place together or being on the 3rd shift, downing chocolate Atkins shakes, 12 packs of Mountain Dew and Clif bars, either way I loved it.
